Testing and Travel Fees

Testing costs $130 plus tax, with a mandatory $50 local travel fee. The fee covers diagnosis of one specific issue per vehicle. Additional diagnostic time requires customer approval.

Labor Rates

Labor for American gasoline vehicles is $130 per hour. BMW, Mercedes, and diesel vehicles are charged $180 per hour plus travel fees. Local flat rate in Davidson County is $130 plus tax. Outside of Davidson County, there will be an additional charge for fuel and labor.

Appointment Scheduling

Please allow 2 to 3 days after booking for repairs due to varying complexity. Contact us to reschedule if needed; timely communication is appreciated.

Warranty and Parts

All parts purchased come with a 1-year, 12,000-mile warranty. Only OEM or top-quality parts are used. Labor warranty applies when parts are supplied by us.

Cancellation Policy

Notify us at least 12 hours before your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Late cancellations may result in towing at the owner’s expense.

Payment and Service Conditions

Non-payment leads to immediate towing at owner’s cost. Fraudulent chargebacks result in towing and a mechanic’s lien. We perform on-site repairs with possible scheduling flexibility.
